Isabel, Alicea, and their team have been managing my condo, located in downtown CSL, for a little over 6 months. I can honestly say I am so happy that I met them. With the company I was using before, I experienced many issues with dishonesty, improper maintenance, the list could go on... So far, everything has gone so smoothly, they made my site and listing on Airbnb much more professional, and I really think us being booked more often recently is largely due to that. They advised me about so many things relating to dealing with guests, using Airbnb, etc, that I had never thought about before. Overall, they are a delight to work with, very accommodating and go the extra mile to help me and my wife run our rental. Highly recommend them to anyone!
