We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Samuel and Fernanda. They helped us move 6 pets (cats and dogs) from Mexico to Spain. They were very responsive throughout the process, always available for extra questions we had, very kind and polite. This is a very professional and thorough Team of people who truly care about you and your pets. Samuel was with us on three consecutive dates in a row, at the check in, for three different flights. And he did not hesitate to show up well outside of regular office hours to make sure we were all prepared in terms of legal documentation etc. .... His helpfulness, presence and calm demeanor went beyond what we had expected. They put our minds at ease and reassured us when we were nervous about the process of moving our 6 furry babies all the way to Europe. The entire process was smooth, and we truly enjoyed their relaxed confidence. We arrived in Spain with zero hassle and all the paperwork was in perfect order.
