Excellent service and fair price. they brought the car to the hotel at the time when i needed it.I drove it from playa del carmen to Tulum because i didn’t want to pay for a tour. So me and my friends drove directly to the ruins and came back in our own time.The car rental requested a deposit and it was reimbursed when i returned the carI will use it again when I come back to this paradise

En mis vacaciones necesite un vehículo al cual afortunadamente contrate con Car rental mb muy buena atención y servicio el auto me lo entregaron a la hr acordada en excelentes condiciones de igual manera me explicaron todo el contrato. Great rental! It’s more of a family owned business so they are more flexible. I checked 4 other places and this place had the best deal (price, insurance, flexibility for pick up/drop off locations)We contacted them through WhatsApp less than an hour before we wanted the car and voila, had an air conditioned car in front of our hotel at the time we wanted!Process for pick up/drop off/car inspection was easy breezy. They really care for their car but nothing shady as you read in some of the reviews for other car rental companies. Would definitely be renting from them again next time!FYI, I think the office location is on the 3rd floor of the building. We didn’t know so we couldn’t find it, ended up just contacting through WhatsApp and got a response within mins.

Muy buen servicio....el carro bonito..buen Estado...todo salió Bien. Recordatorio Para todos piden 300 dólares dé depósito, el cuál sí entregaste el carro tal y como té lo entregaron té devuelven todo.muy bien recomendado.

The cars are newer, some minor flaws but overall in good condition. We rented 2 cars and they were both dropped off at our Airbnb.
