Best dealership I have been to, felt like a family when I purchased my bike from Josh, and they have been with me through the entire journey. Austin and Courtney have helped me order all my parts and kept great communication throughout. Service department are amazing guys with incredible talent that put my bike together making it ride like new!

All I can say is Rick is awesome! After searching for a bike here in Houston, I decided to take a drive out to San Antonio to see one that CTX had for sale. When I let Rick know I was doing that, he made sure that the bike was prepped and ready for me to look at and test ride it.He gave me all the details behind the bike, made sure to let me know that they've taken care of all service items needed, and even gave me a history of the bike and prior owner as well. But, what stood out the most for me was that he took a personal interest in me before any of that was discussed. I love that he didn't just look at me as a sale, but wanted to get to know me and what I was looking for.Once I left, he confirmed everything I thought about him when he gladly gave solid advice to me, even if it meant I'd buy a bike elsewhere. When my search settled out, Rick and CTX were the right people for me to deal with. It's crazy that I had to go 3 hours away to find this level of customer service, but I'll do it again in a heartbeat.I love the bike I bought from them but, if you can't tell, I HIGHLY recommend CTX Motoworks, and Rick especially. I'm fully confident that when Rick says you're part of the family, he actually means it!

Great experience, Rick got me started and stayed in contact with me while I got my license and still checks up to see how it's going. Campbell was awesome with the paperwork we were in and out with new motorcycle.Great aftersale care for their customers. Fantastic staff 10/10 would buy a motorcycle from them again.

Took my triumph in to get it worked on...in December, it's July. They said the GM would not sign off on getting an air cut off diaphragm from outside of their suppliers. Hopefully he does the right thing and gets my triumph done before next July.

I’ve been looking to purchase a Triumph for over 2 years now. I picked my Trident up the 14th and couldn’t be happier! Awesome group of people! Just bought an Aprilia RS660 from them and the only problem was waiting on the state. I didn’t have any problems from the dealership themselves. Next bike I get will definitely be from here!
