While getting sick unexpectedly during international travel I thought I had no options for help. The speed, accessibility, courtesy, affordability and efficiency which I experienced from DocTour was a lifesaver. I don't get this attentive of care from my GP! Although it was a strange way we got to know and use their service, Diego was really great at providing great service! Very convenient and very flexible for us. Our stay was a year ago but will definitely call him once we are in Mexico again for sure. HIGHLY recommend them 100%

The whole process was so easy. I sent them an online message stating I needed a PCR test done for my upcoming trip. We decided on a day and time, and I paid for the services. The representative came on my schedule day, did the test and I received my results the same day. Woohoo
