Updated: 2023 I decided to try and purchase the lot next to the lot that I got in 2022 and asked Jesus to help. Only a few months had passed yet the seller had decided to increase the price dramatically. Emma Nicholson Review:Emma is a true gem and an absolute delight to go house hunting with. Being a resident of Baja California Sur for many years, she is truly knowledgeable of the area and was able to answer all the questions my daughter, son-in-law and I had. Since we are relatively new to the area, Emma was able to show us a few different house styles and explain the benefits vs drawbacks of all houses and areas. It didn’t take long for us to recognize Emma’s expertise and genuineness, and we quickly developed a trust relationship with her. She was able to find a house for us in La Ribera and within our budget. Very impressed. But the relationship did not stop there. Being an ex-pat, there were several hurdles to clear before I could move to my new home. On top of these hurdles, I developed a severe medical issue that landed me in hospital care and home care for the last 3 months. During this period, Emma looked after all the affairs required to purchase the house, retain lawyers, housekeepers, utility payments and house insurance needs for my new home, all in my absence.
