Amazing place to work out! I also like how helpful the staff is.Seth is happy to answer any questions regarding what part of the body you want to work out to any billing questions you may have. I also love how clean the sauna’s are as well. Very happy to have started my membership here.

I'm very disappointed in this particular hotworx.This has happen multiple times. The use of the sauna should be 3 people even on app sign up for a sauna, but its small as it is! Memebers are realky rude and disgusting behavior. Not take the whole sauna for themselves especially if they are not using it at that time. Putting their belongs on the handles and in the way to open the slide doors. It's really selfish and uncalled for. Don't even have rules up or reminding them on how to treat others and so on. If your not sign up on app then don't be in there either. I have sign up for my time to find out they took my spot.

I love coming to hotworx. I definitely feel like I’m getting more out of my workouts when I workout in the infrared sauna. Very positive, friendly energy there. I will just say that they do not have the hot blast workout (my favorite HIIT workout) like some of the other locations do. Just an fyi if you’re deciding on which location to go to.

I've been working out here for a few months and it's a great place to get a good workout in a short period of time. Kimberly Q is the most helpful and knowledgeable person about workouts and products. Thank you for the great customer service.

My first time here and I really enjoyed the environment and though it was hard on my first sauna, I felt very encouraged and supported by the team here.

Lincoln Heights location is hands down the best. Why? Because of Kimberly QA, she ensures a positive experience. She is outgoing, courteous, and an absolute sweetheart. Plus when Kimberly is working, everything is so clean and smells great! Ikeep my membershipactive because I know when she is working my needs are met.

Staff is very friendly and keeps this location cleaned up and smelling good. Only missing star is due to cycles and rowers always being out of service at least 1 out in each room almost at all times.

Great location for me. High intensity workouts are very popular. Facility and saunas are always in good working order. Great customer service during business hours. Like that I can go before or after business hours!
