If you want to be discriminated or profiled please come into this KAY. The moment I walked in they were treating me as if I was some type of criminal. There was an older woman with shoulder length blonde/brown hair and wore glasses. She was extremely rude to me. I asked her if she had any 2 carat rings. Marquise, oval or emerald. Without even checking she kept telling me “We JUST sold it” over and over, and would not let me talk. I noticed her ring was a marquise and about the size I was looking for. I only asked how many carats was her ring and if I could see it from where she was standing. I was planning on looking elsewhere, but at least wanted an idea of what the ring would look like in person. The other jewelry places in this mall had 1 carat rings or shapes I wasn’t looking for. She then started to rudely tell me, “I’m not taking my ring off” and repeated “Rings are sold”. I was so flabbergasted and humiliated by the unprofessionalism, I got up and left. Not once did I ask her to take off her ring. She could have simply said, “I’m sorry, but I don’t feel comfortable showing or talking about my ring”. I would have completely understood. It was the fact this woman was treating me rudely as soon as she approached me and not letting me see any rings in the store. My partner is an engineer, so we have the money. Just because we were not dressed in expensive attire does not mean we are crooks. Don’t come here and Kays should train their staff to be kinder and use their words carefully to save future customers from embarrassment and humiliation.

I always have an amazing experience at this location. Everyone is super helpful and the variety is great. Elise is usually the one I interact with, and it's always a blast!

I have to give all the credit in the world to Mrs. Elise, the manager. She is so helpful and kind. I'm REALLY big on customer service, and Elise is top of the tier. She has REAL conversations with you. Not the shallow I'm making a sale "conversation. She's sincere and genuine. She left a great impression on me

Great service. I came in here not knowing what I was looking for and was guided by the store manager, Elise, to the perfect engagement ring. After a few questions she made some suggestions that matched exactly what I had in mind. She wasn't pushy or suggested the highest priced items. If you're a guy like me, who knows very little about jewelry, but still wants an honest shopping experience, this is the place.

Went in with my sister and her fiance to look at wedding bands. We talked to a guy at first then he brought Elise over and she continued to help us. She was amazing! So very kind and helpful.

The sales associates were fun to work with—willing to joke with us and quick to laugh. Best part is that the positive attitude didn’t take away from their professional knowledge. I felt like all of our questions were answered as directly as possible. They all made the sales experience much more enjoyable. Highly satisfied customer.

I LOVED my experience at this location. As soon as my fiancé and I walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and with such a positive attitude. All the associates assisted in helping us pick out our wedding bands, and gave us their opinions while still taking our own personal style into consideration. They also were not pushy in trying to just make a sale. I will definitely be coming back for any future purchases and will recommend to everyone!

Everyone here was super helpful. Inez sold us my engagement/wedding ring set and was super friendly throughout the process. Not pushy or forcing. We told her that we wanted to look at other stores before making a big purchase like this and she didn't get upset and welcomed us back. They told us resizing the ring would take 2 weeks. It was ready in 1! Overall great experience.
