We recently returned from a trip to Cabo San Lucas. Raul from Cabo Shuttle Services was our driver. He was prompt, his shuttle was clean, and he was very friendly. I highly recommend this company. They are in our contact info when we return to Cabo. We ordered online, immediately received an email confirmation with receipt of payment.

Armando was very professional and easy to contact. He was responsive through email and Whatsapp. I regularly contacted him through Whatsapp. His rates are better than what I've seen at other companies. Jose was our driver, and the car was very clean. We went hiking in Fox Canyon in Santiago, which is about an hour away. Jose stayed with us the entire day and made pit stops for us whenever we requested it. Highly recommend booking through them if you're looking for secure, private transportation at a slightly better price than other places.

Paid for round trip private shuttle service for 2. $105 cash, when we were delivered to our resort. We tested positive for Covid and had to quarantine. I cancelled the shuttle immediately. Upon being released I contacted them for our return trip, and they are requesting another $105. I would not recommend.

Absolutely great one on one service. You didn’t have to go online and waste 20 minutes filling out online forms and credit cards. Armando picks up the phone, introduces himself personally, gets your flight number, and gets you there on time. Also speaks fluent English. We text each other for quicker response. Best one so far.
