As a resident of Sayulita, I highly recommend booking a horseback riding tour with Beto! My Canadian friend came to visit and we safely rode the horses out of town and into the jungle before riding onto the open beach of Mal Paso for sunset. It was refreshing not to have to watch my own footing while gazing at the jungle’s flora overhead, or admiring the sun setting on the horizon. I rode Pistachio who was very calm and even easier to direct. Beto, born and raised a cowboy, even took fantastic photographs and sent them to us afterwords to remember the adventure! I will absolutely take all my friends and family on this tour!

An awesome local family run business! Manuel and Beto are fantastic and the horses are very well trained. We had a great time on our ride! Would definitely recommend to riders of all skill levels. Nothing like walking around beaches on a horse!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time! We met at the Rancho Manuel Palapa which is a 10 minute walk from the main plaza in Sayulita. Beto is great, cheerful and friendly and taught my 11yr old the basics, as this was her first time riding horses. The jungle and beach were beautiful. I have always wanted to gallop on the beach and when we get to Playa Malpaso you are able to. Our horses were sweet and well cared for. We will definitely do this little excursion again when we return to Sayulita it is a great value.

An amazing experience riding at sunset along the beach. Alberto is awesome guide and person to just chat with. The horses are extremely well trained if you have any hesitations. Highly recommended!

Had a great time on our horseback riding trip. My kids ( 8 and 10) said it was their favorite part of our holiday.

Beto took us on a sunset ride through the jungle to the beach and it could not have been more perfect! We were able to really let loose and gallop, which was a blast.He was so personable and fun and we learned a ton about Sayulita, as well as Beto being a 4th or 5th generation Sayulitan!Afterwards he took us to try some incredible tequila and dropped us off at one of his favorite more local dinner spots.Next time we come back we will definitely go for another ride with Beto:)

We recently went on a sunset beach ride with Beto of Rancho Manuel and it was amazing. We had some friends visiting us in magical Sayulita and thought a horseback ride through the jungle and beach would be worth our time and boy were we right. We met Manuel, Beto the horses and dogs at the Palapa in town. After some basics on horse riding we were off through the Sayulita streets to the northside beach. We rode on the beach and through the jungle to Malpasos beach. As we came back the sun was setting and the evening was just perfect. Beto even sent us some photos he took of us riding. Highly recommend this tour to others - it only takes a few hours and is a great way to take in the beauty of Sayulita! If you're looking for a unique and beautiful experience in Sayulita, this ride is not to be missed

Amazing, multi-generation, family owned business! We had an amazing ride with Alberto and he, Manuel, and Alberto Jr went above and beyond to make my birthday excursion special with several surprises along the way. The horses were gorgeous and well taken care of and they even had some cute pups around as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience in Sayulita!
