Oh my gosh - they are GREAT!!!! Tyler was so super helpful. My sister passed and she was the type that saved every bill, every receipt. We found stuff from 1995. I am handicapped. Picking boxes taking to a shredder place was not a huge option. I have a small office shredder which would not work. I reached out and Tyler responded less than 24 hours, and got the container as quick. I had the container for 3 to 4 weeks. I contacted them to pick up and within a couple of hours they were here. The driver came back to make sure I had nothing else. I am so happy they worked with me, prices are reasonable. Just super nice and responsive people. If I could give them more stars I would.

Excellent service! Shredded a 32 gallon trash can full of sensitive documents in less than 5 minutes! Excellent customer service! I definitely will be going back to them for their shredding service in the future. A whole lot less expensive than Office Depot or any other local shredding company. Great service!

I very much appreciate this business. I am military and getting ready for a move. I had some some sensitive information that I have collected over the years and since Fort Bliss does not have a shredding facility, Sun City Records Management allowed me to drop off my crate full of paper for shredding. I messaged them on Facebook to ask some questions and they responded in a timely manner. Once I arrived I called and they directed me to their secure area in the back. Greatly appreciate their business!

I love these guys! I used to be with a national shredding service and had nothing but issue after issue,(billing, service, etc.). Have been with these guys for over a year now and they are so easy to deal with. I just asked for an earlier pickup because my bin is almost full , and I got an e-mail back almost immediately at 8:00 at night! They will be out ASAP they told me. Great service, highly recommended.
