if you are tired of call centers from tijuana telling you that you are gonna make 3000 pesos weekly and so much more money in commissions this goes out to (ccsi, asci, telvista first associates and specially Baja Call Centers) they lie to you once you are working with them they make those so called commisions unattainable , everything is verbatum and depends on your Q.A score , you are chasing a carrot and will never get those commissions. But i find myself in ABC solutions a place that delivers what they promise base on your performace rather than Q.A or verbatum scripts.Sales is a plus but is not required and they have amazing people for instance luis my supervisor and Henry my General Manager those guys will guide you and encourage you to make the money. i used to hate going to work but now ABC Profit has changed my perspective. no, im not a recruiter im just an average joe that was lucky to find this call center.

By far the best work environment I have experienced, amazing co workers and supervisors and a great vibe. Everyone looks out for each other and helps you through out the day. Non judgemental people who genuinely want to see you succeed, you can feel the friendly energy by the middle of your first day. Dont believe me, come and find out for yourself and join the team!

This place is great as it provides you with the proper training to advance in your work with success, and it shows you how much your true potential can reach if you are mutually motivated as them, they are hungry for success and it shows. They are also great at training as they work personally with you to certify you are ready to work.
