Wow, this was a once in a lifetime, unforgettable experience! Chantel and Maria were our amazing sailing captains. They were so knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and a positive energy to be around. The sights they took us to were gorgeous and time flew by! I would highly recommend this company, and our captains.

Le meilleur moment de notre voyage au Yucatan ! Voguer sur le lagon de Bacalar avec pour seul bruit, celui du vent qui souffle dans les voiles. On s’arrête faire un saut dans l’eau turquoise, on découvre la vie de ce lagon et on peut même manger sur le bateau, pour un déjeuner pas comme les autres. Une équipe aux petits soins, qui connaît le lagon comme sa poche et veille à le protéger tout en nous en faisant découvrir les incomparables beautés. Une expérience inoubliable.

Highly recommend Velazul for a Bacalar sailing tour. It was a pleasure to work with Julian to book the adventure. He was able to schedule me in same day and I took a sailing lesson with Maria. It was the perfect afternoon enjoying Bacalar magic and the great place to try sailing as the wind is not too treacherous. Thank you so much for the experience !

This is a must do in Bacalar! There's no better way to see the lagoon and its cenotes than this, and we were really lucky to find this company and crew!!! They knew everything about the lagoon and Bacalar's history and were really respectful of it! They made suggestions on the best spots, but were flexible on how we wanted to spend the day and where to stop and dive-in. We did snorkeling and the gear they gave us was top-notch. The boat was quite luxurious and really comfortable, it had space on the shade or sun. We had fruit, ceviche and drinks. It was an unforgettable experience and it made the whole trip to Bacalar so special! Even if you are there for a couple of days, this is something you should do. Bonus track: the captain was also a professional photographer so he took us great pics ( I won't post them here though)

The stunning views of the lake and surrounding islands were truly breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing.In summary, I highly recommend this sail boat tour to anyone looking for a professional, courteous, and enjoyable experience on the water.
