Excellent service and food (so good that we went two nights in a row)! I love the Husband and Wife duo! Thank you to T Dot and her Husband for the amazing experience!Try the mixed rasta pasta and the jerk wings. My family also loved the oxtails.

Rockas is killin it in Playa del Carmen. Our go to spot where the team makes you feel like family each time. Have never ever had a bad time and visit multiple times per trip to Mexico and we are down there every 6 weeks. Do yourself a favor and get to 38th and enjoy.

The best restaurant in playa. It’s crazy when you think what’s the best thing to eat in Playa del Carmen, and the answer is Rockas Jamaican!! - loving the lobster and whole grilled snapper. The jerk chicken would easily go toe to toe with anything you can find anywhere. And the oxtail - oh that oxtail - I have dreams about that dish, fills a spot in my soul. Love this spot like so many others, and the new spot on 38th is very chill and all the staff there are some of the best around.

What a great place to grab dinner! Great atmosphere. They even let us bring the dog and brought her some water! We started of with the Spicy Margarita which was a huge hit! Another round please! For appetizers get the Vietnamese Spring Rolls and the Garlic Shrimp! The Jamaican Jerk Chicken Dinner was incredible as was the Grilled Lemongrass Chicken. A side of good old Mac and cheese rounded out the meal. Finished off with some tasty Paloma’s. We will definitely be back sometime!

One of the best restaurants in Playa! Food is wonderful, servers are attentive, and the ambiance is lovely. Very laid back and easygoing. The chef/owners are lovely people and spend time chatting with diners. It creates a very special family-like vibe. Couldn't recommend Rockas more!

Absolutely delicious! I am Caribbean, and I was craving something delicious and home cooked. I went to Rocka’s and the food was delicious. I had the whole fish and friend had the oxtails. Delicious! Try the shrimp appetizers — you won’t regret it!

We came to Rockas upon recommendation from friends.They were not exaggerating about how good.We split most food items we buy so here we decided to order three menu items.One was the Vietnamese Spring Rolls, The Chilean SeaBass Tacos and The Jamaican Pork Burger. All three had us wanting more.Our server Miguel was very helpful with suggestions and the most pleasant personality. Marvin and Stephanie, the owners really go out of their way to assure you are having a pleasant dining experience. Thank you Stephanie and Marvin. You two are Awesome!!!
