Everything was amazing! Best 3 cocktails I’ve ever made :) My only regret is that I didn’t bring my husband with us. He’ll join for sure next time. Thank you for a truly memorable culinary experience!

LOVED this cooking class!!! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting playa. It was not only one of my favorite experiences but also some of the best food I had while traveling in Mexico! At first I was nervous 5 hours would be too long but it flew by and we had so much fun chatting with Coty and learning about all the amazing Mexican cuisine and drinks. She is super knowledgeable and I love how she took the time to explain everything! We really loved everything we made and bonus she gives you the recipes to take with you. I can’t wait to make the recipes again when I get home!

What an AMAZING experience!! Me and my wife did this class in our first year anniversary and oh my it was the best thing we have done in Mexico! The atmosphere was great, Chef Coty and Sous Chef Loupe were amazing and explaining the fine details and secrets to the recipes, and the menu was outstanding. We even told them that we don’t eat pork or drink alcohol and they made us specialty mocktail throughout the day to accommodate us! Made our whole trip extra extra special! Thank you so much! We didn’t just learn a new recipe but we made 2 new friends and we will definitely come back some day to try out some of her other dishes!

I absolutely enjoyed my cooking class with Coty! She is a very intelligent woman; she was able to give the class in Spanish and English . That’s talent and intelligence! I love that she was able to customize the class to our needs. I am vegan and Coty customized the dish to suit my diet. We made tamales and salsas and it turned out great! Now I feel prepared to go out and share what I’ve learned! Special shout-out to Carlos, who kept the place clean and glasses filled with jamaica. / ¡Disfruté muchísimo mi clase de cocina con Coty! Ella es una mujer muy inteligente; pudo dar la clase en español e inglés. ¡Eso es talento e inteligencia! Me encanta que haya podido personalizar la clase según nuestras necesidades. Soy vegano y Coty personalizó el plato para adecuarlo a mi dieta. ¡Hicimos tamales y salsas y resultó genial! ¡Ahora me siento preparado para salir y compartir lo que he aprendido! Un agradecimiento especial a Carlos, quien mantuvo el lugar limpio y los vasos llenos de jamaica.

Wow! I have taken some amazing cooking classes, but this really was my favorite! Coty was so fun, I learned so much, and the food was exceptional! She has an incredible kitchen set up with many cooking stations and her staff was very attentive and friendly. Coty took time to explain all of our questions and I was surprised how much I learned about the basics of cooking and Mexican cuisine. I will be a better chef after this experience! All the food had layers of flavors, really very delicious. I plan to take more classes with her. I highly recommend!
