4 days prior to my trip to PV with my wife and two children I was pessimistic of what I had booked. I booked a tour that included zipline, horseback riding, and boat ride, but it had contradicting reviews, for example that they won't let you take your personal pictures, they will take them and sell them to you for a high price and they would rush to some of the activities. So I decided to browse google again and found Ronald. Right away he answered my call, you deal with him personally, he answered all my questions without hesitation, even questions I had about PV not related to his tour. He practically became our friend before our tour lol. We had the experience of our life, patience is an understatement, he will most definitely accommodate your needs, he was in no hurry to go back home just like we weren't.
