Dario took excellent care of us. He is extremely knowledgeable, speaks excellent English and has a great desire to get it right for you. We recently purchased a washer and dryer for our new home in Cabo. He arranged the delivery and install and held the items for us until we got the keys to our new place!

We have experienced over the past 5 years in two seperate states in Mexico on purchasing appliances etc. Number 1* learned buy what is in stock period otherwise you need to be patient as you may experience 6-12 months hiccups. Supply and demand has been up in several countries for the past 2 years along with furniture. We purchased from GE, asked what was in stock and worked with what they had available or what was coming in that week. If you are in need of something purchase it now. We got our stuff within 30 minutes from their warehouse. Much appreciated GE as their undecided customers say they will be back today and often have to hold tbe appliance if it just came in. GE sold us what we needed and it isn't what we had hoped for, but as long as it serves the purpose then go with it and give yourself less headaches. You can always get something upgraded later.

We purchased several appliances from this GE store. We have an issue with our GE Cafe refrigerator which is a little over a year old. The ice maker is not working and needs to be replaced. I have spoken with GE reps on 4 separate occasions. Each time I was told that I would get an email regarding the replacement of the ice maker. No one has followed up with me even though the problem was first reported over 3 weeks ago. The bottom line is that the store provides no follow up support to its customers. I would strongly recommend that you find a different location to purchase your appliances.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It took us six months to get a part for our dryer. The manager LIES about when they will show up, the people in the office put me on eternal hold, then they just wouldn’t answer the phone at all. I don’t understand how a company can survive with such HORRIBLE service. We were extremely disappointed.

What started out as a good relationship (when we made a large purchase) has now devolved into horrible customer service, technicians and communications. We will no longer do business with them.

PESIMO!!! Desesperante no poder tener respuesta de la entrega de pedidos, no contestan correos, no atienden el teléfono, y nadie sabe nada. Meses esperando la entrega de refacciones, y seguimos sin respuesta.

It is a shame that a brand like GE gave its distribution to such a bad company like the one in Cabo San Lucas.I looked for the quality on the products and ended up with the worst possible service ever!! Hopefully we will have a better choice soon in Los Cabos.

I ordered my appliances in June 2020 and asked them to store it whilst my house was being completed. In January I scheduled a delivery date. On day of delivery it never arrived in Todos Santos . I then rescheduled another delivery date to be told on morning of delivery when I checked they were still coming my dishwasher and refrigerator HAD FALLEN OFF THE TRANSPORT TRUCK". They sent me a cheap MAbe substitute and got my dishwasher 3 weeks later . My refrigerator was give a 4-5 weeks re delivery. It is now 9 weeks later and I have called and sent numerous email to confirm when it is coming in to either be lied to or they don't answer your emails specifically the manager Mr DARIO HERNANDEZ is responsible and he does not have the courtesy to return your calls or email to advise you. I was told today by a lady answering the phone it is now on back order till May 2021. Nearly a year since I bought it and no refrigerator. This is not the first time I have heard such bad reports re GE in Cabo San Lucas. Best to bring the appliances in direct from USA and use a courier. There service is shocking and they should not be here in CABO!!!"
