Chef Fito Mendoza is incredible!! His food is very tasty. He has a great personality and he makes sure that my menu is created based on the foods I love!!

It was a great experience overall. We enjoyed the mole main course and the samosas were tasty. The service was right on time and they cleaned up afterwards which made it quite pleasant also leaving the extras behind so we could enjoy for a few days afterwards. They were friendly and I would definitely recommend the service. It made a special Christmas meal for our whole family.

We came to Playa Del Carmen to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. We were 5 couples sharing a villa together and I wanted certain meals at the house for everyone. Chef Fito helped me plan my menu for the trip and made sure everything I wanted happened. In addition to recommending a bar tender and pastry chef he also helped me coordinate transportation for the group. He was always on time and was flexible to our schedule and request. He was very detailed and took great care in his work, you can tell he enjoys what he does and wants everything to be perfect! We will definitely use chef Fito for all of our future trips to Mexico.
