I had three or four teeth on my right lower side that were bothering me for months. They are from old cavities that I had when I was little that broke down from using high fluoride toothpaste and they would have turned into cavities again. I visited the dentist here in January. He was so professional, explained the options so well, and it was painless. My mouth feels so much better and I’m so grateful to the staff! Thank you!!

Visited Dr. Valle for a root canal recently. Very courteous and professional. Arrived for a Wednesday 10 am appt. Promptly took an X-ray and confirmed procedure, in excellent English. Part 1 completed by noon, cleaned, filled and temporary crown in place. paid 50% at that time. 5% processing fee on credit card. Returned Friday for a 20 minute appt. to put in thePermanent crown. Paid the balance of the bill. lees than 50% of the quoted cost in Canada. Virtually painless experience..took on extra strength Tylenol just in case..but no issues. Ate and drank as usual although advised to avoid gum, hard foods and chew on the other side of my mouth until the permanent crown was in place.Looking forward to my next root canal vacation

Dr Benjamin Valle has great english, is caring and trustworthy. His assistant Jocabed was lovely, caring and a very sweet woman. I felt well taken care of and was able to put my trust in them 100%. I was extremely nervous and Dr Valle put my mind at ease. During and post work, i was able to contact him when ever i needed to get any advice or put worries to rest. Jocabed would sooth my sore jaw my massaging it in between long sessions and provided me with comfort and made me see what a beautifully, caring person she must be.I told my family in Puerto vallarta of the wonderful work that Dr Valle and Jocabed provide and referred them to Unident for any future work! I recommend these wonderful people to anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price!
