Was going out of town and had an issue with out truck. Search for Ford dealership and fortunately we were able to get truck in same day with Daniel. He did advise us he couldn't guarantee he would be able tk see it right away but fortunately they did and was able to go back on the road with 2 days. Service was great and would definitely recommend this location.

This place is a diamond in the rough. I contacted multiple dealerships looking for a vehicle. Some dealerships never contacted me and some contacted me HOURS later. Travis was pretty quick to respond. Thanks to him I was able to purchase my new vehicle. The staff was great as well. We were able to get what we wanted with the help of Travis his team. Ford had a recall on my FR3 and after many phone calls looking for someone to do the recall, another Ford dealer recommended Cavender. This was the first time to use them and will not be the last. I appreciate that James (service advisor) kept me informed every step of the way. I appreciate the mechanic doing the work explained what he was doing and took time to inspect my motorhome. Very happy and will recommend Cavender to my fellow Ford drivers!

We had a wonderful experience with Alan at Cavender! He helped us seamlessly bring home our family car and trade in what wasn’t working for us anymore. The staff is amazing! Travis was very knowledgable about my new Bronco and walked me through every aspect of the vehicle. He delivered it to my house while I was busy setting up for my daughters Birthday party and has followed up with me several time since then. Thank you Travis and Noah the Sales Director for such an amazing experience! No where else I would go other than Cavender Grande Ford for my Vehicles.

The whole process was so much better than other places. Lance was super helpful. He was very laid back and not pushy at all. We got a fantastic deal on a used car that is in great shape. An independent mechanic confirmed the great condition of the car. We would certainly shop for a car there again.

Very friendly and non-pushy staff. We were made to feel very welcome. I was not able to spend enough time my initial visit and week and a half later went back the vehicle I had first looked at was just sold, William my salesman found me a very nice replacement with less miles and in better shape. Me and my family will return as our other vehicles need replacing.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had or heard of. Our sales person Roger made us feel like welcome friends, and made the whole process, smooth and easy.
