This place has a few good things and prices aren't bad. However, the service here is horrible, I was going to open something that almost all other jewelry stores allowed us to open and see and appreciate. In Quarzal Centro, they slammed the compartment, almost injuring me, and told me that it was forbidden to open that. They treated me like I was your everyday thief. I have run a jewelry business before and the first rule is to have one of the best customer service. The semi-precious stones that were in the compartment weren't as precious as the stones that they had hanging around. The only reason why this establishment received one star is the prices of their stones which are competitive. However I would buy from other places since their service is much better, and they have more of a variety than this place.Este lugar tiene algunas cosas buenas y los precios no están mal. Sin embargo, el servicio aquí es horrible, iba a abrir algo que casi todas las demás joyerías nos permitieron abrir y ver y apreciar. En Quarzal Centro, azotaron el compartimiento, casi me lastiman, y me dijeron que estaba prohibido abrirlo. Me trataron como si fuera su ladrón de todos los días. Las piedras semipreciosas que estaban en el compartimento no eran tan preciosas como las piedras que tenían dando vueltas. Sin embargo, compraría en otros lugares ya que su servicio es mucho mejor y tienen más variedad que este lugar.

She helped me put together a beautiful necklace for myself and choose a piece of local obsidian as a souvenir of Mexico.
