They ARE NOT certified to file VA claims. The VA has stated they file so many mistakes it takes years to correct veterans be warned stay away. comments below may be from their own people

Have seen so many Veterans get what they deserve from the VA that without the help of This organization they would have NOT received! I know for a fact that many of those Service Members who have come to STAIVA for help with thier Current Comp and Pen Rates have seen an increase in benefits. As a user of thier other services I can state for a fact, not hearsay or someone told me so, that myself and other Veterans get the help needed with many issues faced when no one else was there. Family members, Wives, Husbands, and Children get also receive assistance. I myself go to thier in person PTSD, Peer Support Groups and Online Peer Support meetings, that only this organization offered during the Covid years (and still do). When the VA closed thier doors to Peer Support Groups, STAIVA open thier doors to Veterans who can’t live a peaceful life without these types of groups. I believe these services (peer support) are one of the most Important part of the continuum of care needed when returning home from War! Thank God for Organizations like STAIVA!
