What a great find with not only the vehicle but dealership! Most of my transaction was done remotely but I still felt as I was there in-person thanks to Valeria. She was great in communicating, follow through and extending great hospitality! Very impressed by level of service from this dealership, including Kevin, my driver from the airport. The only thing that stopped me from giving this a five star was the wait on finance member, she could have been a faster transaction since all was in order prior to my out offer town arrival. Right from the start I was greeted by Malik who kindly showed me what was to become my dream car. A car that I have sougt after for sometime now until yesterday 5/15/23. After initial test drive, I returned and was greeted by Jacob Blanco who curtiously explained the purchasing process here at North Park. The third member who was very helpful, Jennifer Villarreal, was very professional and did her very best to offer the most comfortable financing options for my purchase.
