unprofessional. only care about money. I booked a surgery within a week, all the response were quick, sent my deposit and set the date. I decided not to go through a gastric sleeve but to loose weight myself then get a bbl, I simply came to the conclusion that I am too young to undergo so many surgery and weight is easy to lose if done right. I understood that it was very little notice to cancel and I did not want to loose my deposit so I asked if I can move the surgery date to a year from now and procedure type to a bbl, I contacted by email, a week later and still no reply, I sent a dm, I was only replied to dm and all I was told is to be patient and it has to be approved. I sent a what's app and didn't get a reply for a couple days, until I sent a dm but still was told to be patient. Now they just simply ignore my messages.

I can’t thank enough Dr Campos for his service, the entire staff are also incredibly professional. The transformation I have gone through since my surgery is incredible, it really has exceeded my expectations.My journey to this current state began in February of 17’. The whole process for a consultation and a quote was done through email, instead of having to go all the way to Tijuana. When the day of the procedure arrived I simply showed up and all the lab texts were done right there and then (which are also included in the quote). The facilities are clean and of very high standards.My procedure consisted of removing my gynecomastia tissue, liposuction in the abdomen and side flanks and grafting some fat to my buttocks. The quote was remarkably less expensive than those in Beverly Hills. I know, some might think there’s a risk of having any type of surgery in Tijuana but believe me, Dr Campos is a real profesional and far disproves the awful reputation you hear so often.Surprisingly, the surgery happened almost seamlessly because of the general anesthesia that was administered by an older professional doctor that came to my bedside before to calm my nervousness. The practice also provided me with the post surgery medications. The staff arranged for me to stay at a care home (that’s an additional cost, I recommend that) which oversees your recovery with nurses round the clock. In addition to the surgery, the quote also included 5 lymphatic drainage massages which are also provided in the same facilities.There’s no amount of superlatives that can describe the work that Dr Campos did. He’s been able to remove the problem areas that I have been trying to minimize for years with exercise and diet. I strongly recommend Dr Campos’s practice to be your first choice in body sculpting surgery.

I went to Lotus Med Group and got a couple of procedures done by Dr.Cabrera . He was beyond professional and kind . He listen to what you wanted and also gave his input . He explained how things worked medically. I felt safe with him and his team .The facility was very clean and well kept. You have to stay a minimum of one night there and the nurses rotate day shifts and night shifts . Everyone was kind and helpful .I did have a hard time with one night nurse ,she was attentive and answered my call lights on time but when it came down to showering She helped me to the shower and I had to bathe myself fresh out of surgery which included a breast lift ,she put shampoo in my hands and I the best I could lifted my arms to washed my hair . It was hard to do and painful .She also had me help her by pulling myself up in bed by the rails . Ouch . but once the shift changed the day nurse was very catering she said she usually does a full assist with the bathing for the patients . Which with my pain level would have been helpful .Overall great staff.Lotus can be challenging to get ahold of but once you are a patient they make it so easy with personal numbers and WhatsApp . They are quick to respond and answer all your questions even if they are small .I loved everyone one his team . Im constantly recommending lotus med group to people , I had Such a great experience and I knew he was going to give me good results but they exceeded my expectations.
