Same day service is one of the best features of doing laundry here, I haven’t been able to find anyone in puerto who does this. They are also really good with requests (not drying certain pieces of clothing for example). Everything comes back completely dry and folded nicely, and they have never lost any of my items! Love it

Craig thought he wouldn’t be able to do my laundry same day but I guess I seemed desperate because he did it!! Everything was folded and ready by 4:00 same day like he said! He speaks English which made everything so much easier! Thank you for your fast, great service!!

I love this spot. They pick up and deliver my laundry, which is a huge convenience since I do not have a moto/car. They are always very responsive and on time. I can even get my laundry back same day if I tell them in the morning. I've been living in Puerto for 3 years now and just wish I found this place earlier. Thank you Craig and team!

El peor servicio de lavandería que eh tenido. Me entregaron la ropa oliendo mal y además me faltaron prendas a la hora de la entrega. Menos mal me di cuenta a tiempo y encontré mis prendas en la bolsa de otra persona, por que además me pusieron a buscar mis prendas faltantes entre la ropa de otros clientes.

An extra star for the flexibility! We accidentally confused the opening hours with those of the laundry next door and found the front locked in the evening. We were able to reach the employee by phone and she handed us all our freshly washed things long after she finished work, as we were about to leave early the next day. Thank you very much!

The owner is absolutely amazing!! Very client oriented and professional. My clothes are always clean, properly folded, bagged nicely and on time. This is my favorite lavenderia in Puerto and I recommend it to all of my guests and anyone in the area.

Favourite laundry in Puerto. Efficient and well priced with attention to detail. Could not ask for a better location or nicer staff. They also offer same day service which is excellent when you need things in a rush. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Jenny and Craig :)

La señora que recibe necesita un poco más de amabilidad. El servicio fue rápido pero las bolsas en la que nos entregaron la ropa estaba toda fea y sucia, la ropa está súper mal doblada y no olía a nada.
