We love our Bronco Outerbanks! It was a long wait from the time we left our deposit in early 2021 to the time the Bronco was delivered to us this month (August 2022). With that said, TC, our salesperson was phenomenal. From the time we sent an online inquiry to the day we picked up our Bronco, TC was nothing but attentive and diligent with the production and delivery updates. Once we received the vehicle, TC made it a point to go over all the features with us. Ask me if I remember all of them…At any rate, we can’t wait to truly enjoy our very first 4-wheel vehicle. Once the weather cools down, we plan on driving it without the top.All together, we had a seamless experience at Red McCombs and this was all due to TC.

Brad at Red McCombs Ford was absolutely terrific to work with. He spent the time needed to teach me about the car, the process, and get me the best deal possible. He went above and beyond in a short turnaround so that I felt confident in the car I chose and the financing option. The best part of it was how he was just as excited as I was when I got the new car. Everyone at Red McCombs I interacted with, including the finance manager Joe, made it the best car buying experience I could’ve have. I love my new Bronco Sport and I will never go anywhere else for a car!

After a year and a half of ordering we FINALLY received our Bronco! We worked with TC from start to finish and it was such a pleasure. He communicated with us on a regular basis on the status of our order and made sure all of our needs were met. The salesman(David) was professional and knew exactly what I wanted and my buy options . I don’t like haggling and will walk at the first sign of it. On that day, I was in a hurry and had to be at a high school reunion and had on 1:45 mins to play with . Having communicated with Davis ahead of time. I drove into the lot where David was waiting with the truck I was interested in. A quick test drive. A quick of the numbers and we were head to the finance managers office. In short, from time into the lot and paper work completed 1.5 hours . I left with the truck I wanted and made our reunion in time. They earned and will have my business again.

Careful getting your car serviced here. Went in for some tires, next thing I know I'm on the phone with the manager talking about body work. These mechanics have no clue how to lift up a vehicle, Worst service ever.Now I have damages on a $35,000 dollar vehicle.
