This place is awesome! The sales employee's are the best. Very kind, helpful and all around great people. It's a way better place compared to the Military and Pleasanton location. Although the Military and Pleasanton location is neat and organized, the sales employee's are a bit to cranky. .. I love this location. If you bring any merchandise to sale,They pay top dollar unlike the previous location I mentioned. Thank You and have a great day.

Super pleasant staff. Well organized large shop. Sold some DVDs here. Did not get much because the titles were common. Staff helped to load and unload DVDs. They have vinyl, even new! Come see!

The staff was very polite and professional and very accommodating. They looked through their inventory for several minutes just so we could have the movie we wanted. Definitely going back.
