Dr. Reid makes the group feel like a family. His evaluations with every individual are very extensive but critical to understanding how to deal with and guide each person through the program. His assistant Miranda Cantu is very knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of the course.

Dr. Reed and his staff are amazing. The staff always answers my calls and gives me the best customer service. They answer my questions and they always confirm that I am comfortable with my appointment time and date. I get reminders of my appointments and can make payments beforehand, saving me time. Dr. Reed is a great listener and he is a genuine person. I definitely recommend New Horizon for anyone struggling with mental health. They will make you feel safe and supported.

Dr.Reed is a great. The class I took was not only cost efficient it was also very informative and kept everyone engaged. The videos that were shown were both educational & interesting!Dr. Reed & his assistant Miranda were very understanding of my hectic work schedule & worked with me to make sure I finished the course.
