I am Vietnamese. I personally haven't been to this location but if this is same ownership from the original location in Jalisco. I can confidently say that the pho is very authentic in taste to what you would have compared to Pho in California by Vietnamese immigrants. The chefs at these restaurants are not Vietnamese, but they really do appreciate the culture and flavors of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. They did these dishes justice using the right ingredients, but still locally sourced. They import in the sauce and other hard to find ingredients to make the experience as authentic as possible. They are doing a great job and I believe everyone will fall in love with Vietnam's finest cuisine.
