Arhely and her team were absolutely amazing!! She walked us through what to expect every step of the way and pulled off a miracle - we got our cards in one day. AllOur paperwork was completely perfect and a member of her team accompanied us to immigration(they can’t go in with you) and waited for us to come back out cards in hand with big smiles on our faces. We watched several people ahead of us who were not as prepared being sent away to get more paperwork or redo something that was incorrect - so they were going to have to come back another day and do it all over again.
