Dental Express

The entire team here was so polite, warm, welcoming and kind, but I made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth out and when I arrived they did ex-rays, and booked me an appointment 38 days in the future.The next day I got my wisdom teeth taken out at another clinic for 2/3 the price that Dental Express was charging and I wish they would have given me my ex-rays and given me better advice.The next day I had to pay for a second set of x-rays at the second clinic that I went to because dental express is clearly short staffed on surgeons, and did not offer me this solution.I would not suggest any persons who needs help with pain goes here. They should be suggesting that someone like me who has a serious infection with my tooth take my x-ray to another dentist, but they selfishly as a clinic wanted the business for themselves. Lovely people but not the way to go if you need emergency surgery. It’s not about money folks. You’re there to help people.I hope you never again let someone walk out your front door who’s in pain without a copy of their x-ray.

i had 3 crowns at DentalExpress. Dr. Tania did a wonderful job. all the staff is helpful. they have all the current equipment. i went back for a cleaning and will return for another in June. Dental Express is my dental office for the future.

Great experience getting some major work done at Dental Express. I knew that I needed at least 2 crowns and was given an estimate of $1800 US (w/ insurance). I decided to look into getting it done in Mexico. Christopher helped me set everything up before my trip and let me know what to expect. Their awesome driver, José, picked me up at the airport and the hotel was waiting for my arrival. The hotel that has an agreement with Dental Express was really nice. Clean and modern, with a tasty breakfast included, it was a great stay. Their office has super modern equipment that I haven't even seen at my downtown Chicago dental office. I was left in the hands of Dr. Tania and she was amazing. She explained everything to me and patiently took care of all of my issues. A cleaning, 2 crowns and a few other issues were taken care of for about $600 US. I did not need it, but the driver was available to take me to and from all of my appointments and back to the airport as well. Highly recommended.

Avoid this place! They are not professional, charged for a procedure that was not performed and then refuse to make it right. Needed major dental work it was not done, just kept stalling and making excuses. They only want to load trusting foreigners with things they don't need to take their money.

I had my best dental experience of my life here. I had a dental implant done with extreme professionalism and expertise. I live in theStates and have good dental insurance there. I will fly down to to Lake Chapala to Dental Express for my any dental needs I have.

OMG! I am close to 73 and I have never, ever, had a dental cleaning as good and complete as today (9/29/22) with Dr. Andrea Ramirez. What a pro! She was not only nice, but was very skilled at making me as comfortable as possible and she covered every nook and cranny in my mug to get my teeth as clean as possible. Thanks again Doc, you and Dental Express are the best and I am a patient for life! :)

Had 3 root canals done and 3 crowns, was an excellent experience all around! Dr. Andrea did an excellent job on my crowns and Dr. Jorge made the root canals a breeze. Will definitely recommend them in the future.Also, mi Espanol es no perfecto... but everyone speaks great English which is a nice bonus!

My first experience wasn’t great. The doctor was rough, didn’t listen when I said “no epi” in the local anesthetic so my heart rate and anxiety went through the roof. He ruined two crowns I already had (that I had no issues with) by grinding them flat. Teeth are not flat. My temporary crowns were huge, causing irritation to my tongue and cement was left all over causing my gingiva to become inflamed.I requested a different doctor and was lucky enough to get the wonderful Dra. Dalia. She has been so very gentle and patient and is working very hard to try to undo the damage the other doctor created. There may be a root canal in my future because of the mess, but I’m confident Dra. Dalia will make it right.

They have been very professional, clean, and always improving. Now they send you an email to confirm your appointment and they have been nice enough to explain my doubts in detail about some procedures and help me find the perfect fit for me.
