Buena atención en la recepción, nuestras perros se quedaron muy agusto y regresan muy contentas. Atienden bien las indicaciones de medicamentos, etc.

Mi perro volvió feliz y cansadisimo de lo que corrió, no es cómo otros hoteles que siempre están en jaulas, COMPLETAMENTE recomendado.

Es un lugar agradable de visitar, además que ofrecen una atención personalizada.

Very poor service. Asked for photos of my two dogs during business hours. No response. Called next day was lectured by staff saying they don't send photos. (We were new customers and spent $2000 for three days of boarding) Yet I was made to feel it was an inconvenience. No other photos were sent. When I picked up the dogs the hair cut was terrible for my Shi Tzu and Terrier. Upon asking about the hair around the face for the terrier and hair between the toes the staff member said I was my duty to let her know when we've never been there. Rude staff poor communication and over priced for hair cut and wash that wasn't very good at all. Highly disappointed. I have over 5000 followers from Tucson and will be sure to do a video on this place.
