Villa Experience

I just got back from celebrating a friends bachelor party in Puerto Vallarta. We stayed at Villa Las Puertas booked through Villa Experience. I cannot say enough good things about the villa, the staff and the whole experience. First, Rocio from Villa Experience was a dream to work with. She was kind, prompt and followed through on everything. She made everything so easy from booking to payment to last minute requests. Most of all she made us feel welcome. Alberto, our concierge from MexiTravels, was equally great. Even helped me stuff gift bags for the guests. He handled all of our special requests. Villa Las Puertas is a beautiful place. Lots of room to spread out, comfortable, sparkling clean, incredible views of Banderas Bay, and gorgeous Mexican decor. It looks exactly like its photos. And the villa staff — Mago, Pina and Jose — are lovely. Very attentive but not intrusive. We had breakfast and dinner most days and the food was beyond delicious. Mago is an excellent cook and even made sure our guests with specific diets were accommodated. We had an amazing time. I can’t wait to plan another event with Rocio and her team. ¡Muchisimas gracias!

One of Punta Mita’s best villas! The treatment at Villa Pacifica is by far the best out of all the villas we’ve stayed in while in Mexico. The staff at Villa Pacifica gave their all each day, with manager Claudia watching over every little thing. Like the elf on the shelf, they appeared out of nowhere with a smile on their face. They were very attentive and went out of their way to make us happy. We’ll follow up with a return!Working with Rocio as our agent was a pleasure; she was knowledgeable and trusted her judgment. She also came by to say hello, and she gave us a lovely welcome present! Working with Villa Experience was a breeze and will continue to work with them for future travels to the area.Look no further!

La pasamos increible en tulum, Rocío fue increíblemente servicial y receptiva. Celebre mi cumpleaños con amigos y no puedo pensar en ninguna mejora. La Villa era hermosa, excelente personal y un chef increíble. Superó las expectativas, no puedo esperar para organizar otro viaje!!

My stay at Casa Brisa in Punta Mita was terrific. The villa was breathtaking, with direct beach access, stunning ocean views, and the property's lush greenery. The decor and amenities were top-notch, and everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained.The staff was amiable and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The Villa Experience manager, Rocio, was so helpful. I particularly enjoyed the Kupuri Beach Club, a real highlight of my visit.The only downside of my stay was that Punta Mita is quite far from the nightlife in Puerto Vallarta, so if you are looking for a more active and lively vacation, this might not be the best fit for you.

desafortunadamente somos una familia Colombiana muy desorganizada que no confirmo hospedaje en Riviera Maya. Albriet nos informo que todo estaba con una ocupacion alta. pero ella misma nos busco un espacio para todos, y terminamos pasando creo yo las mejores dos semanas de nuestras vidas... el lugar y la atencion hizo que no quisieramos irnos pero bueno... las mejores cosas de la vida son cortas. GRACIAS ALBRIET UN SALUDO DESDE COLOMBIA.

All I can say is WOW! We had our wedding here in March and the experience was so amazing from arrival to departure. The villa is so incredible in person. My jaw dropped when we arrived. We never wanted to leave! The staff was the best part. From booking to bartenders everyone was so kind and professional. We bombarded them with a million questions and they were always attentive and helpful. The chef and food were INCREDIBLE. Nobody could pick a favorite meal because everything was so good. They helped with everything from covid tests to massages and transportation. If you are considering staying here, book it! It was the best trip of my life. All of our guests were so impressed. I can’t say enough good things about this place. An amazing place with amazing staff!!

Our stay was amazing Start to finish! I could not be happier! The food was absolutely incredible, the staff was accommodating and friendly. They took care of all of our needs including airport transportation, Taxi is to our excursions and special requests for vegetarian meals. I do not have one negative thing to say, can’t wait to come back!

We contacted Villa Experience with a last minute request for a rental. The company we were working with for 8 months informed us last minute that the owner of the Villa was no longer interested in renting their property. Villa of Distinction wanted us to change our dates of our vacation. I reached out to Villa Experience and they came through for us. They are HONEST and efficient. I will never rent from anyone else ever again when in Mexico. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option

I had the privilege to work with Rocio to help plan my epic birthday weekend.I started off extremely indecisive and she helped by asking the right questions about budget, food, decor, beach front, what things my friends and I want to do, etc. Rocio is very charming, professional and has a great personality - I asked her if she were having a big birthday celebration it be, where would it be and she didn’t even hesitate- Punta Mita Villa Pacifica. She said you need to go big and have a Villa with the staff. She told me to trust her and she won’t let me down to book Villa Pacifica and you won’t regret it. Well, she was 1000 percent correct!! We had the absolute best time ever! She assured me that the staff there is well trained, they love what they do and the house manager, Claudia is someone who goes above and beyond at all times for her guest. She was right. The house is stunning and speaks for itself, the views you wake up to are some of the best on earth, but the staff is what brings the magic! They all made it so very special! I wish I could visit this Villa every year for the rest of my life. They remember everyone’s names, they are two steps ahead of you. From start to finish this weekend was truly magical. Work with Rocio to find the right Villa for you, your family or friends. She’s a dream to work with. Thanks Villa Experience for guiding me the right way and ensuring I had an over the top experience!
