Este sitio es una pasada. Profesores geniales, y el workout intenso pero factible para gente que no esta tan acostumbrada a clases guiadas. Nunca he sido un fan de los fit studios pero este seguro merece la pena!

Great classes if you’re ready for a rebirth! You go into a hot dark room, get taken to another planet through the great music, and the teachers do a great job at keeping everyone motivated during an intense but deeply body-present workout! I’m (or used to be) not that into pilates or hot yoga but find myself coming back on a weekly basis… it’s addicting!

Normalmente no hago este tipo de ejercicio pero Dios mío!!! Estas clases me cambiaron la vida. Súper recomendable para una buena sudada con buenas vibras :)

Stunning studio space with a warm, welcoming vibe. I always leave the classes feeling reborn! The teachers are the best I've found in the city, and the fact that they provide mats AND cold peppermint towels after a sweaty class makes it feel like a spa experience :) I just love it here.

The Mat es una joya! Mis días siempre están mejor cuando voy en las mañanas porque tengo más energía y concentración después. Es un espacio lindísimo, y súper limpia, con detalles considerados. Las instructoras son expertas y amables con playlists buenísimos.

One of the best yoga classes I’ve taken, anywhere. The class I took was taught in both English and Spanish by a wonderful instructor Sarah (Sarita). Beautiful studio, clean, and they provided all equipment. Highly recommend
