I’ve been leasing Penske trucks for business related use at this facility for years now. I must say that the service provided by Alicia is always superb; hence the reason I contact this facility for my Penske rental needs. My phone calls are always picked up and I get response to my rental inquiries promptly; even when it’s last minute! Alicia is always friendly and goes the extra mile even calling me to remind me my pick up time or letting me know my rental is ready! Thanks for all that you do Alicia! You are greatly appreciated. I have been with affordable attic storage on ware road for over 2 years now. Alicia- the onsite manager is amazing to work with and always so helpful. What I love about the facilty is not only the friendly staff , but the cleanliness and safety of the area. I can rest assure that if i ever need anything from my storage unit at any time of the day or night - I'll be safe going ! Highly recommend .

Affordable Attic Self Storage
Alicia is the best! I have been a customer for a little more than 2 years now and it has been a great working relationship. She is always friendly and has helped me out more than once or twice when i lost my keys. I believe it was a holiday or off time, but I know that she was able to come up and help me out. Any time I have gone there day or night (when moving) I have felt completely safe and secure. I also, took advantage of the free truck which made moving much easier all together! thanks Alicia !!

when i was moving out of my apartment and shopped around for a storage unit i was so glad i came across Alicia at Affordable Attics on Ware Rd. here in McAllen. Alicia was able to get me the right size storage for all my stuff and withing minutes after her explanations i was signed up and ready to move my things into the unit. I have been using The Attic Storage on ware road for almost a year now, and it has been a great experience. The facilities are very clean and secure. The manager Alicia Almazan is very friendly and professional. Makes the experience great. ***** update, Alicia's service and Ximena are amazing, I locked myself out of my unit by losing my keys. Ximena had me back in, in less than 10 mins. They are amazing. best storage units in the area!!!!
