Sea of Cortez Sailing School

A Dream come true.. probably the best experience in my life! Sailing for 5 days in an incredible sailboat with a great captain and host Abraham and Paola, who made this trip just spectacular! Cruising in the sea of cortes between beautiful islands, watching incredible views, sunsets, sunrises, snorkeling, fishing, watching dolphins, whales.. having delicious meals.. couldnt ask more.. thanks Abraham and Paola for making this dream come true! cant wait to do it again!

Love the team and this area is great for exploring, sailing and have the best time ever!

ASTONISHING !Just came back from the five day trip, ASA certifications 101, 103, 104 and 114 . We had an EXCELLENT overall experiencie. We were able to learn and practice while having fun in the magnificence senarios Mother Nature has to offer in the Sea of Cortez. Defenetly an experience that opens all of your sences, hart and mind, helping us become better citicens of the world and sea.We are very grateful with all the team for sharing all knowledge in a fun , safety oriented manner and helping in every matter, issue or need we could have had. Thank you Abraham and Paola.Hope to see you soon!

Abraham is an expert at Sailing, educating others on the sea and how to be safe at all times. We successfully completed courses 101, 103 and 104 through his guidance and encouragement.Signing up for the course, preparing for the trip and getting answers to questions could not have been easier. Thank you Paola for all the hard work and responsiveness.The course work, tests and hands-on training is not for the weak of heart. The effort needed to learn all aspects of the boat, wind and water, while truly enjoying the experience, could not have been accomplished without Abraham. Thank you Abraham!We truly enjoyed the experience and would do it again in a heartbeat.Two things caught us by surprise; the number of people onboard (9 people and Abraham, with only half actually taking the course(s)) and cooking all of our own meals. If we had know, we would have done things differently. Living, learning and cooking for 10 people in a small space was challenging.We look forward to taking the Catamaran course this fall!

It was a dream! I have taken now 2 trips with Sea of Cortez Sailing: The first one just for holiday with my friends and definitely was one of the best adventures all time, our Captain Abraham took us to observe and swim with sea lions, we visited many islands and beaches, we snorkeled, we swam, we flip, we hike in spectacular trails, we enjoyed sunrises, we had dinners in the best spots, we grilled fish, we cooked, we listened to the best music, we had very nice and lovely conversations, we shared... spending our holiday in a boat with this crew was the best decision.On the other trip, I took the ASA 101 Basic Keelboat Sailing certification and was different, it was an academy but in real action, Abraham set the perfect classroom and activities to ensure we learn. It was a livaboard monohull! I want to expressed all my gratitude to Sea of Cortez Sailing Team for all the teachings, meals and adventures together.I already want to go back!

We had the best time with Sea of Cortez Sailing. Everything went so smoothly, Sandra was great to deal with, quick responses and extremally accommodating. The boat was lovely and Abraham was such a good instructor, we learnt so much and feel comfortable sailing now. I couldn't recommending them highly enough! It was awesome!
