The room was spotless! Not a spec of dust in sight. The condo was spacious and felt like home. The pictures online look exactly like the room in person. Nice views of the ocean and the resort. I would definitely stay here again.I don’t have any complaints.

Absolute differences of the photos being displayed on the website verse the reality of the actual condition and quality of the condo. abused and old. AZ being locked at 73. no communication with the resort itself. Only directly with the host. Host didn't have the proper Documation and connection for me to be checked in. i had to literally go up and down three times and talk to the front desk to make sure i was able to simply get it. the guards didn't even have the confirmation for me to check in. The rep was aware of the situation and still wasn't resolved. I was at the resort the whole entire time without any wristbands or the proper check in authorization. Also, the condition of the condo 1102 was very different than the photos being displayed. rips, broken furniture everywhere. mold and stains all over the main dining table and the kitchen. Bed mattress were hard as a rock. Definitely not worth the money.

Excelente ubicación, muy buen servicio, agradables instalaciones, le diera 5 estrellas de no habernos quedado sin agua por un día por un incidente en la tuberia.
