I have had good experiences before but this last time I went to sell my DVD's not only did they low ball me I got home and placed what they didn't buy on shelf few weekends later I thought I would put them out of the way. I opened up DVD cases and every single DVD was gone. I live alone , no possibility that someone came over to visit and took them I don't have company I don't allow people in my home for reasons like this I can't prove that they took them but I will say check cases of those they won't buy tonmake sure they are not just gone

Doesn't have a Blu Ray buffer, so they dont buff Blu Ray or Xbox discs...exactly why they're hanging on by a thread lol

Bought at least 5 movies couple of days ago and I just started to watch them. I was at the last movie and there was no movie!?! I looked everywhere if for some reason I drop it somewhere, but no movie. I'm going to remind myself to check before I leave the store.

Older gentleman that is working there was very rude and just plain ugly to a disabled customer that came in. I'm assuming the customer had came in earlier in the day and a worker had put some movies to the side for him (possibly a different worker, customers probably a regular) that worker was very rude and told another worker something among the lines as come to the front suspicious activity. Anyway, he was very rude and dismissive of this customer basically just trying to get rid of him, when the customer finally explained what he was there for he basically told him you don't have enough money, the customer didn't understand why and worker basically said Idk maybe your mother is a liar and didn't send you with enough money. I'm not sure what happened after because I left but it was just ugly and uncomfortable.
