Do yourself a favor and use these guys if you are buying real estate. We decided to fill out our own contract. I contacted Edwards Abstract and Title Co and made contact with Marvelia Butler who walked me through the process in finding the real estate contracts and the proper one to use. We appreciate the fact that Marvelia was always available by email or phone when we had questions.
