Casa Chango

I’m staying here now for one of their residency programs and I’m blown away by this place. The villas are beautiful, overlooking the River and the ocean. The food is delicious and nutritious. The open air gym is magical. Kerri, Stu and Eli are lovely hosts. You really have to experience this slice of heaven.

I would recommend Sweet Retreats @ Casa Chango to anyone looking to lay a solid foundation for their aerial practice, expand their skill set, their understanding of physiology on and off the apparatus, or to just gain a better connection to their body/mind in an a glorious setting. Kerri and Dakota have decades of experience as performers and pass on their knowledge in a thorough yet approachable (and fun!) way. They accommodate all skill levels while being aware of any injuries you may have by working around them, and encourage you to not push your body past its limits. The love for their craft is palpable in every class they teach and I appreciate their openness and generosity of spirit they shared every day. The food is fresh, organic, and really delicious (thank you Stu and kitchen staff!) The accommodations are clean, spacious and relaxing. The general manager Eli is a fantastic host ready to help you with anything you need. I was worried the schedule would be too packed" but it's actually ingenious -- perfectly planned out to fit just the right amount of practice

Excelente lugar

Best place to be for a vacation filled with learning from a legendary aerielist Kerri and nurtured by her husband Stuart. Retreat classes are designed to fit goals of different levels. I can't wait to come back.
