Dressel Divers Paraiso

AMAZING!!!! Just came back from our anniversary trip about two weeks ago. We stayed at the resort called Senses by Artisan, which was right next door to Dressel Divers literally! We booked scuba diving, parasailing, & jet skis in advance. They offer a 20% discount if you book before your visit. The office is in Spain so you have to be careful of the time difference. The weather was great (mid December). We booked scuba diving on Saturday then parasailing and jet skis for Sunday. The staff was amazing!!!!! Our scuba instructor was Millie!!!!! She was GREAT! She knows exactly what she’s doing. We did a training in the office then did a pool dive then went into the ocean. She helped my husband and I the entire time. The camera guys was Alex M. He captured a video of our entire experience! We bought the video at the end of our excursion (you will get the video about 4 days after you purchase). The other staff that we loved was DJ and Warna. The excursion included two dives. One in the morning and the other in the afternoon (maybe around 1:30) we chose not to do the second dive because we thought the first dive was enough for us. The next day (Sunday), we walked back over there and did parasailing and jet skis. Parasailing has a beautiful view! I would definitely recommend this place! The staff is very helpful and friendly!

Hacen lo mismo con todos los comentarios negativos?Estuve hospedado en el Iberostar una semana y tuve que ir a bucear con otra empresa por la excesiva diferencia de precios que tienen (cosa que recomiendo a cualquiera persona que se hospede en ese hotel y quiera bucear).En el local había un chico argentino (si no recuerdo mal se llamaba Federico) y una chica con pelo corto (no recuerdo el nombre). Lo digo nomás para que puedan verificar que estuve por allí interesado en sus servicios. Obviamente no tienen mis datos pues solo averigué precios personalmente.Descarados!

Excelente experiencia. Después de más de 10 años sin bucear, y siendo la primera vez para mis hijos (20 y 12 años). Iniciando con la atención de Luz y continuando con el equipo de profesionales que acá laboran. Gracias chicos por la estupenda atención!

Dressel Divers were super professional, friendly, experienced and locally knowledgeable. This shop is filled with a really dedicated staff who do their utmost to assure a safe and successful dive experience. Marius (the manager) helped arrange everything for the different skill levels in our group. Alberto was a smiling face at the desk every morning as we went out in three separate dive days. Dive locations included Los Gatos, Punta Maroma, other areas of the Puerto Morelos reef, and Cenote Taj Mahal. Highly professional, safety first approach, with a personal warmth from people who really care. I felt comfortable with my son (10 years old) being trained and led by this team on his 1st dive.Well run and organized. Lessons and dives start on time; equipment is clean and available; and the instructors are awesome.I did 4 open water dives with them and got my certification here, which included 2 dives during a day-trip to Cozumel.

Personal scheint freundlich zu sein, aber unangemessen teuer.Ein Tauchgang kostet 112 USD, pro 5 gibt es einen sechsten gratis dazu. Zusätzlich muss man für Ausflüge (alles was nicht Hausriff ist, z.B. Cenoten, Cozumel) mindestens 100 Dollar dazuzahlen.In Playa del Carmen gibt es mehrere Tauchbasen, wo der Tauchgang 50 Dollar kostet und auch die Ausflüge nur die Hälfte.Die Antwort auf andere Bewertungen, dass hier das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis geboten wird ist schlichtweg nicht wahr.Wer hier tauchen möchte sollte seine Tauchgänge vorher online buchen, dann gibt's immerhin 20% Rabatt, oder ausreichend Bargeld mitbringen, dann gibt's 10% Rabatt für Barzahlung (Euro wird akzeptiert, Abhebung im Hotel ist extrem teuer).Ich verstehe, dass die Miete im Hotel höher ist als außerhalb, und dass man hier seinen Standortvorteil nutzt. Doppelt so viel zu verlangen wie außerhalb ist allerdings unverschämt. Es kann nicht sein, dass es billiger ist mit dem Taxi nach Playa del Carmen zu fahren und dort zu tauchen als direkt vor Ort (Taxi 54$ hin&zurück + 2 Tauchgänge 100$ = 154 $ in Playa del Carmen <-> 2*112$ = 224$ hier).Stellungnahme zur Antwort:Der Preisvergleich ist natürlich sachlich und sehr ausführlich dargelegt.Der verglichene Preis ist der Preis mit Leihausrüstung, sowohl bei Ihnen als auch bei den anderen Tauchbasen.Man muss auch dazu sagen, dass bei Ihnen den Preis ohne Ausrüstung" auch nur erhält

Demasiado caro. Los precios son prácticamente el doble de cualquier otro centro de buceo de la zona. Entiendo que está dentro de un resort, pero el sobreprecio es excesivo.

All super friendly, willing to make sure we were happy with what we got, and honestly not overpriced. We actually finished the last part of our.SCUBA certification with them, and the divers/instructors were all very patient and knowledgeable. Would use again! Special shout out to Ronaldo, Rob, and Cattia!

One of the reasons we booked our stay at this resort was the Dressel dive shop on site. Dressel did not disappoint. I'm a PADI certified open water diver, but it's been years since I actually was able to dive. I was interested in beginners lessons for both my daughters, both of which have ASD and one of which has anxiety issues. From the start, Ilaria helped me navigate everything, got me booked, made accomodations when one of my daughters got an ear infection from the resort pool, and found us the perfect instructor, Gabbi. Gabbi was patient making my older daughter feel completely comfortable with something typically considered an adventurous activity and overcoming her initial anxiety. After 2 dives she wanted more and we immediately booked another dive. Gabbi even chatted with her during our time in transport to the dive sites talking to her about getting her diving certification.If you're looking to dive in Cancun, these are the folks to see. Nothing but professional, caring, and accommodating.
