My daughter has been taking guitar lessons with Jake for a few months, is truly enjoying learning how to play, and looks forward to her music lessons at SAMA. Jake is an awesome teacher to my daughter and always optimistic when I talk to him about her progress. The SAMA staff is very courteous and professional to the students and parents. They all have done a great job since my daughter started earlier this year, and I look forward to her learning more about music as a SAMA student.

My daughter, Rory, began weekly 30 minute voice lessons at San Antonio Music Academy (SAMA) in June of 2021. In the past year, my family and I have been so impressed with how much our daughter has improved not only in her singing, but her self-confidence as well. Her voice coach, Ms. Khadijah, is the most dedicated, compassionate and fun voice instructor! Additionally, the recitals at SAMA run by the management team Roland, Sean and Korbin are so well organized and professional. I HIGHLY recommend SAMA for your child or yourself if you are looking for a friendly, affordable, and enjoyable way to improve (or explore!) your musical talents!

We can't say enough good things about SAMA! We needed to find a new piano instructor for our daughter after relocating to the San Antonio area last summer, and we felt like we hit the jackpot with Mr. Daniel and SAMA! Our daughter looks forward to her lessons every week & is challenged. We just recently started our younger daughter with piano lessons with Mr. Thomas, and we are amazed at how quickly she too is progressing! SAMA has such a welcoming environment--our kids are greeted by name each time they walk through the doors, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend SAMA!

Love this place! My son takes guitar lessons here and we couldn't be happier. The staff is nice and extremely efficient. His guitar teacher encourages him a lot, which makes my son want to practice more. We visited 2 other music schools before making our decision. SAMA is the best!

SAMA has been a great place to introduce my son to the world of music. He has been learning piano with Angie, who is an excellent instructor, for a little over a year. She is always patient, encouraging, and pushes him to excel. I’ve even learned a few things sitting in on the sessions! The administration staff is top notch as well, always friendly, and does great at coordinating events, facilitating the classes, keeping facilities clean and sanitized, and coming up with innovative ways to safely continue classes. We love the sense of community and dedication that SAMA provides, and would definitely recommend to friends and family!

San Antonio Music Academy is awesome, my son loves the guitar lessons and is super excited to attend every week! He started with zero experience and progressed suprisingly fast. Randy is an amazingly talented guitarist/teacher. He is very patient, yet knows how to push students to the next level. Highly recommend all the instructors, the staff is great!

We love SAMA. The receptionists are warm and friendly. They know attending students by name and do their best to accommodate fluctuations in schedules. I have a 6 year old and 9 year old that take piano lessons. My 6 year old sometimes finds it difficult to sit still and pay attention. Eric has done a wonderful job engaging him while keeping the lessons fun. Annabelle teaches my 9 year old and includes piano theory in the lessons (which I like). Both my children are developing a basic understanding and love for music.

My daughter takes guitar lessons at SAMA and she absolutely loves it! Jake is very encouraging and patient. He does a great job teaching basic skills through contemporary songs my daughter can connect to. The staff are also very welcoming and helpful.

Jake is truly beyond talented. He not only taught my daughter how to play acoustic guitar, he is currently teaching my son on electric guitar, and the results are phenomenal. He is an amazing teacher, and the skills my son now has on his electric guitar are ridiculously mind-blowing. I love hearing my son play, and that's not just because im his mom, I don't sugar coat stuff to my kids; it's because my son practiced hard, listened, and got really good. The lessons are worth every cent. The instructors are truly talented and very good. I would recommend this place to anyone.
