From start to finish the staff at Just a Closet N. 10th McAllen is so helpful. They really listen to your needs to help pick the right size and location for your belongings. I needed two big units next to each other, done. I had large furniture so I needed straight shot routes to the units, done. A year later I needed another small one near the other two, done. Any time I forgot my gate code or needed help w a payment, both ladies were so helpful. The facility is very clean and secure. They have dollies and flat bed cart at all entrances to borrow. I am very happy with my rentals. Thank you, ladies! Job well done!

My experience with just a closet self storage was so much better than expected, Sally was amazing explaining everything n very very nice . Felt very comfortable, showed me the size of storage room to make sure the size was what I need. Will definitely recommend.
