VIX Medical Equipment

I bought a hernia belt on a Friday at 3:45 P.M. for my husband and after he wore it for 30 minutes he concluded it was too tight and discontinued using it. I called on Saturday morning but the business was closed. I called Monday to see if we could order the next bigger size and were advised that all sales are final and said they couldn't accept it back. Beware, you have 10 minutes to decide if what you buy is the right size or you will suffer the rest of your life. Don't buy here, very poor customer support. Buy elsewhere!

My Mother-in-law had a bit of a scare one Sunday night; we took her to the ER and they mentioned that we will need some medical supplies. I called Vix Medical Equipment first thing Monday morning and they had everything in stock and I was able to head over immediately. As I arrived, they had her items waiting for me in their front lobby. I was very pleased with their attentiveness and courtesy, it was a very easy and smooth transaction dealing with this company. The owner was in the office and I was able to have a nice conversation with him. I've dealt with other medical equipment businesses before for my own personal needs but I had never been treated as nicely as this company treated me. I will definitely be heading back when I'm in need of medical supplies.

I received quick help, found the item I was looking for was in stock, they took a picture to show me the size & gave me the price, & it was the right one for what I needed. Excellent pharmacy. I highly recommend getting what you need there. The whole process was simple and easy.

Amazing customer service & experience! It was so refreshing to find a local business that truly cares about its customers! My 4 month old needed a nebulizer and without hesitation one of their employees told me to go over and she would help on the spot. That means a lot to me as a mother especially after our baby has been extremely fussy and restless.

el pero lugar 2 semanas esperando para que me dieran una bota para mi hijo me salian con excusas de que iban por lista hasta que por fin me hablan que ya esta todo listo y que vaya por ella que cierran en 30 min voy desde el sur de la ciudad ..... llego y me dicen que no hay la talla que mi nino necesita que llegan en una semana .. enserio no puede ser que no chequen antes solo me hicieron perder mi tiempo y gasolina ....

Services from vix medical is amazing!!! the most helpful staff you can ask for. They really care and take the time to understand and give solutions to any question you may have. I needed a rollator for my grandmother and the doctors office was taking too long to send necessary documents and I gave them a call to see if they can help us and one of the staff members right away called doctors office and gave me an update within 10 minutes! They really offer the best service and medical equipment in Laredo!

After optaning shoulder brace. I waited a week but it was really uncomfortable I called ask them to help me out it did not feel good they did not even want to help me out product could have been looked at or adjusted but the lady I spoke to refused to help me out. Really bad considering it was their product. Expensive brace I cannot use. Lady was really short and kept trying to cut the conversation.Get your med equipment somewhere else this place only wants to sell but not follow up on helping customers.
