This tour is a must for anyone visiting Cabo! We did a few excursions while on our vacation and this was by far my favorite! Great tour guide, amazing food, very informative of the rich culture and food in the area. We always felt safe and welcomed. I loved the opportunity to go out of the tourist bubble (just a little bit) and experience a world that I would not have otherwise! Book this tour! It will not only meet your expectations but surpass them!

Wonderful tour to learn about the food, culture and customs of Mexico and the Cabo area. Robin was a wonderful guide taking us through the truly local areas of Cabo San Lucas. She was so engaging and excellent at explaining the history and process and ingredients of the food and area. Sylvan was wonderful at making sure we had all that we needed and guiding our way. Highly recommend this tour!

Un gran tour gastronómico para conocer la comida local y de elaboración casera en Cabo San Lucas, el equipo, encabezado por Jonathan, muy atento y profesional para hacer del tour una experiencia fascinante. We spent a wonderful afternoon with Robin as she guided us through a barrio in Cabo with stops at four local taquerias concluding with a visit to a pastry shop for desert. Food was delicious and vibes truly local. Highly recommended if you are a foodie with an interest in exploring Mexican food culture. She also has a good feel for local restaurants with recommendations. Larry & Maria

Me encantó la comida, la experiencia y las explicaciones que nos dio Jonathan de cada uno de los lugares que visitamos; te llevan a lugares fuera de la zona turística y te dan la certeza de que ofrecen los alimentos más frescos. Hicimos el tour seafood y nos encantó, probamos un montón de cosas ricas, y nos dijo un par de sitios para ir en San José del Cabo. Lo único es que está hecho para turistas estadounidenses y fue todo en inglés.

Wear your stretchy pants and be ready to experience real ethnic Mexican food in Cabo out of the tourist area. This was a fan favorite experience for all 9 of us while on vacation. The food, info and insight from Jonathan and general feel of the event was top notch. Not one single complaint from anyone! We all loved it and would do it again. We even went back to one restaurant again before we left. Try it. You’ll be glad you did.

We had an awesome tour with Jonathan on Wednesday. The Locals Taco Tour was outstanding! Our favorite stop was NiNi’s for marlin tacos. Jonathan shared the history of the food, the culture, and people of this area. The variety of meats and taco styles was delicious and interesting. None of the stops disappointed us. It’s all close to the tourist corridor and just a few blocks off the main streets. Great opportunity to get in some steps between stops. Definitely check out the tamarind juice. Looking forward to our next visit to Cabo and an evening tour.
