The room is not clean and smelly. The sheets are not new and not clean, theres are some dried spots on it, the walls are also dirty and the shower is terrible. The room they gave us was not well maintained. If were not that tired enough that night, will probably look for another hotel. Will never booked this place again not even recommend. The photos on website is far different from actual appearance. Dont book this place.

No windows, terrible rooms are small and the tv has three scrambled channels. The wifi cuts in and out and the sheets were dirty alot. The staff were respectful and friendly but just the place was so terrible staying in.

I got exactly what I wanted, small room, comfy bed, hot shower, peace and quiet, only downside was drain repairs in road leading to hotel.

. My mother in law who is a senior citizen was not attended properly. She was booked and confirmed months before her flight and yet when she arrived at the hotel they let her wait for a long time and then moved her to another place which is very far and disgusting.hotel. A hotel that never practice covid protocols, so whats the point of putting them on a quarantine when the facilities you transferred them don’t practice safe protocols. Your place shouldn’t be in business. Its not her fault if you were overbooked but you should take in consideration a senior citizen who travelled more than 35hrs and be treated like this.

Very dissatisfied, light bulbs not working, shower was a disaster, and the Swimming pool and the Pool Table are for public use, and it was a nightmare. The pool was full of noisy children who were smoking, most of them underage, and very shabby looking place. The only good thing are the Staff, very friendly and helpful. I would not recommend it.

It was ok(ish) 5 years ago but is not even 2 stars now. Almost no maintenance, TV not working, room not cleaned properly, pool and restaurant remain closed.Tourism is back but you have to have the place ready if you want them coming to you.

False advertisement, very different from the photos in the website. Ad says they provide airport transfer but they said no when we book at the Front Desk. Pool and resto are dirty, the sink in the room is clogged, the hotness and coldness of shower is hard to control, it will burn your skin. During brown out they dont have genset to provide power, You'll be charge also with laundry fee once the bedsheet are soiled. Staff are not friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are so clean kaya mahihiya ka talagang umalis nang hindi rin malinis. In terms of service, they always attend to you if ever na may concern ka and the best part of it was they were smiling at you always tapos igi-greet ka pa nila ng good morning, noon, afternoon and evening. Maayos sila kausap. I'll be giving them 5star base on my experience. It was really amazing to be there at 999 Hotel. Hope to see you po ulit!

The place is cheap at around 1k you have a room and breakfast for 2. However the room is not like the pictures. In the picture it looks clean and okay. But when i saw the room it really made me regret my decision to book this hotel. Wall paper is dirty, old and broken. Carpet is dirty, had stains and all. Linen does not look clean and has bleached parts.Aircon is not working well and had to ask for a fan. Shower head is not working in addition to a very small bathroom.Staff are friendly though.In the end i had to check out and look for another hotel; i just cannot imagine myself sleeping there.
