I managed to get an appointment at the Mexican Consulate in Denver a lot sooner than I expected which left me little time to prepare. There were a few paperwork requirements that confused me like writing a consulate letter and having a Mexican address for the application. I connected with Gaby though the Mexico Relocation Guide and TWIG. I found Gaby to be very professional and helpful despite only having few days before my appointment to assist me. She crafted the appropriate letter, solved my issue with needing an Mexican address and reviewed all my paperwork offering suggestions which I quickly implemented. I was only charged a partial fee for helping with my consulate appointment. Gaby's services usually cover the entire residency visa process starting in U.S. and completing the process in Mexico. I received my temporary residency visa from the consulate with no issues to complete the second half of the process upon my arrival in Guadalajara which I gladly left completely in Gaby's hands. She masterfully navigated the process at the INM office handling all the communication and coordination. Now, I have my temporary residency card and will definitely look to Gaby when it's time to renew.

Gaby is the best. She is very professional, reliable, trustworthy, and friendly. She assisted us from the moment we received our stamped visas in McAllen, TX. She set up a Zoom meeting, and she informed us of how the process would go. She also kept in contact with us. Once we were in Guadalajara, she arranged for us a ride from the airport to our Airbnb. (Anwar was a very friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy driver) Upon arrival, she proceeded to make an appt with INM and informed us of the date, time, and necessary required documents.On the day of the appointment, we met with Gaby at a cafe to sign the necessary paperwork, and she proceeded to INM without us to process paperwork. She called for us to meet her at INM when it was time for our biometrics. We had our pics and fingerprints taken and left with permanent residency cards in hand.
