Bought sod and had scheduled for delivery and was told after they received it, they had no delivery. Then told only person they knew could assist, he only wanted to do the sod buying and the install on his wanting and not my request. Will not ever buy from them.

Este lugar es tan poco profesional, mi esposo acordó con ellos que vinieran un sábado en la mañana y nos cancelaron, nos cambiaron la cita para el lunes a las 10:00am , mi esposo pidió el día en el trabajo para estar aquí y son las 12:45 y sigue sin contestarnos , por fin alguien nos mando un mensaje para decir que no van a poder venir , que día desperdiciado, que triste que no respeten a sus clientes

I absolutely love this business! The owners are extremely nice and helpful. Always have a smile on their face, even when working in the blazing sun. Their product is the best I’ve seen in the city. They are just always going out of their way to provide the best customer service. I am one satisfied customer! Will definitely recommend to family and friends. We drove from San Antonio looking for a variety of palm trees. My wife and I were very impressed with the staff, who gave us advise and recommendations on selections. AJ was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with our final choices. I have to say their prices were much more affordable than back home. The quality of their trees are honestly the best I’ve seen in a very long time. My wife and I have plans to come back shortly to by sod for our entire yard. I will update pics once we plant our latest addition to our yard.

I was extremely disappointed with their service and lack of communication between employees. I preordered grass two days before only to find that they sold the grass I preordered. This was because the employee that helped me preorder by phone did not write my information down. I called to see what had happened and no one knew what was going on. EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED!
