I am French and living in Mexico since 3 years now. It was my dream to buy a land in Puerto Escondido to construct an house. For a stranger it's not an easy process. I am so grateful to Antoine and Oscar, the 2 guys behind Osan Puerto Real Estate. They have help me so much in all of my process. I can say that they are the only one Real Estate agency in Puerto Escondido that I trust at 100%. if you want to buy a land/propriety or create a Mexican company in Puerto Escondido be sure that Osan Puerto will be a huge support for you in every part of the process : to find the best place for you but also with all the administrative side when you will be in the process of becoming the owner. One other things good to know they are really reactive. Antoine was answered to all my questions immediately when it was possible for him or maximum in the day !

We were referred to Antoine and Oscar from a friend who bought land from them. They are AMAZING to work with! They were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Likewise, they were very quick to respond when we first reached out and very flexible with scheduling our appointment and our last minute changes. Most importantly, we felt very at ease making an international land transaction with them. They picked us up, showed us three different land opportunities and gave us the best personal attention you could ask for. Additionally, they walked us through the entire process, helped us with our documentation and wire transfer and were alway available to assist us even after we returned to the states. They even helped us secure a fence for our property once we were gone. We had a lot of confidence in their abilities and highly recommend them as your realtors. We didn't plan on buying lots while on vacation in Puerto, nor could've imagined how easy it would be and we have them to thank for it! They're just super and we will use them again!!
