I've loved Hercules since they first popped up in odessa. Great food usually pretty fast to pick up. You better be hungry if you want to eat here.

You can never go wrong with this place. ALL their food is great and super flavorful. They are very family oriented and the whole team is great at taking care of their customers. For as much food as you get from them, on whatever you order, the price is great! BBQ places are all over the place and their's is one of the greatest i have tasted in awhile. I frequest this place as often as i can and if you are ever in odessa i highly recommend them.

I already had food to eat for the day, STILL went to go. I could smell it before I ate it. Hell I wanted to order one of everything. I'm ready to try them again. Best food truck I've been to in West Texas.

It is always an absolute treat when I’m able to make the drive over to get Hercules! The owners are so sweet and the staff is very friendly, and of course the food is great! (Also the best hangover food in Odessa)
